PRC 2027 is heading to Orange County, California, March 15–17. Here's what you need to know to book your room and plan your trip.

Good to know:
  • Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at noon. Early check-in and late checkout depend on availability.
  • Discounted PRC parking: $26 per night for self-parking or $36 per night for valet, or the prevailing event parking rate if it's lower. EV charging is available through valet for an added fee.
  • On-site: Warehouse 72 restaurant and bar, the Market for breakfast and grab-and-go, and a 24-hour fitness center.

TRANSPORTATION

Flying in

John Wayne Airport (SNA) is your best bet. It's about 10 minutes from the hotel and served by most major airlines.

Other options if you find a better fare or route:

  • Long Beach Airport (LGB): about 30 minutes away
  • Ontario International Airport (ONT): about 45 minutes away
  • Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): about 1 to 1.5 hours away, depending on traffic

Getting to the hotel

  • Rideshare or taxi: The hotel doesn't offer an airport shuttle, but Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available at SNA.
  • Driving: The hotel is just off the I-405 and SR-55 freeways near Jamboree Road. PRC attendees get discounted parking (rates above).
  • Train: Amtrak's Pacific Surfliner and Metrolink both stop at the Irvine Station, a short rideshare from the hotel.

When to arrive and depart

  • Monday, March 15: Pre-conference programming begins at 3:00 p.m., followed by the Welcome Reception from 5:00–6:00 p.m. We recommend arriving by early afternoon Monday.
  • Attending a workshop? Workshops start at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 16, so plan to arrive Monday.
  • Wednesday, March 17: Sessions end at 4:45 p.m. If you're flying out that evening, book a flight departing SNA at 7pm or later, or consider staying Wednesday night.
 
Arriving before check-in or leaving after checkout? The front desk can hold your bags.

Extend your stay

Coming early or staying late? Irvine Spectrum Center is about 15 minutes away, Newport and Huntington beaches are about 6 miles from the hotel, and Laguna Beach and Disneyland are an easy drive.
