Josh Miles, Moderator

Josh Miles is a future-focused brand strategist, founder of Bold Brand LLC, and former Chief Marketing Officer for SMPS Headquarters. As the author of Bold Brand 2.0: How to Leverage Brand Strategy to Reposition, Differentiate, and Market Your Professional Services Firm, Josh has guided professional services firms in building impactful brands. A seasoned speaker and TEDx presenter, Josh is known for his insights on branding, marketing, and design. He has hosted the design podcast Obsessed Show, co-hosted PSM Show, and is launching the Bold Brand Podcast in Q2.

Fawn Radmanich, FSMPS, CPSM, Panelist 

Fawn Radmanich is a Strategic Pursuit Leader for Stantec’s Water Strategic Pursuits Team with 25 years in the A/E/C industry. A trailblazer in applying artificial intelligence to marketing and business development, she combines cutting-edge technology with strategic insight to help firms win major projects and enhance client engagement. A Fellow for SMPS, Fawn is a published author and frequent speaker known for her forward-looking approach to leveraging innovation and strategy to drive success in an evolving marketplace.

With over two decades in AEC, Julie Shaffer, FSMPS, CPSM, seamlessly blends analytical prowess with creative finesse. In 2012, Julie founded Shaffer Creative to offer consulting, training, and design services, empowering firms to secure new work and thrive in the competitive landscape. Julie and her team have assisted 250 firms across the US in shaping their identities, crafting impactful marketing campaigns, and empowering teams to make the most of their marketing efforts.

Donna Corlew, FSMPS, CPSM, Panelist

Courtney Kearney, Panelist

Courtney Kearney brings her marketing skills and years of experience to the technical world of databases, processes and numbers. She is a CRM thought leader and co-wrote the book CRM or Die: Manage Your Client Relationships or Perish. Courtney is a CPSM, a contributor to the SMPS Marketer publication and presenter at national conferences, events and webinars. She has served in several leadership roles within SMPS. She enjoys spending time with her nurse husband and two amazing daughters.
